Elm Minesweeper
When I decided I really needed to try out Elm, the project I chose - the priorities being something relatively simply, but still nontrivial and fun, and which didn't need to interact with a server - was a version of the classic Minesweeper game as fondly remembered by anyone who had a Windows PC in the 1990s or 2000s. I have had great fun both building, and subsequently playing, this project and I enjoyed working with Elm so much that I will definitely be using it for more "serious" things in the future.
